Procedure for the Reservation of Circuit Bungalows

✔️ Only the government officers and retired government officers can make the reservation of the Circuit Bungalows.
✔️ You can check the availability of the Circuit Bungalow on required date.
✔️ In reservation of the circuit Bungalow it is necessary to Download the application, and the payment should be made after the application is completed and recommended by the Head of the establishment and relevant charges should be paid to the Head office or the nearest zonal, district or sub office of department of labour.
✔️ All the Payments are non – refundable.
✔️ The time duration for Reservation of Circuit Bungalow for a day is from 10.00 am to 9.00 am on the following day.

Instructions to use Circuit Bungalows

✔️ The prescribed charges for linen used in occupying the circuit bungalow should be paid to the caretaker and a receipt of General 172 should be obtained.
✔️ The flower and fruit trees inside the premises of the circuit bungalow should not be harmed and you should refrain from plucking flowers.
✔️ The number of occupants at a time should not exceed the maximum occupancy number of the Circuit Bungalow.
✔️ Holding parties or gatherings inside the circuit bungalow is strictly prohibited.
✔️You should conduct yourself in such a way, so as not to harm / damage the properties of the circuit bungalow during your stay. The value of any damage caused shall be recovered from you.
✔️ If any complaint is received with regard to misbehavior during your stay at the circuit bungalow, application forwarded by you for future reservations of circuit bungalows will not be consider
